I've decided to start this blog in blog-format. I know unoriginal but it's fitting. My aim for this blog is to change your lives via my creative mind. Alas, most people won't read it and my inevitable boredom plus sense of moving to "better things" will lead me to casually maintain this site. But the beginning shall be grand! So for now experience the mangos and cantaloupes (the best fruit) of my mind.
Let's start with a story. I was working on a class school project, which was for Econ so even my most outrageous ideas were profound and awe-inspiring, when I stumbled onto something so fitting that it puts this blog-format of blogging on it's ass. Well it started the night before our group meeting when I was up late laying in bed. It hit me that vampires are an age-old myth to not only scare children to become catholics, but make Catholicism seem untarnished. Think about it. The three defenses one has against a vampire is holy water, a cross, or a wooden stake (representing the stakes gone into Jesus). If a vampire represents pure evil than the defense against it would be pure good. Well I wouldn't say that Catholicism is purely good like the people who yarn vampire mythology would lead you to believe, because all of those novelists know a priest is paramount in the survival of a group against vampires (or at least help from a priest). Well the Catholic church is in no way pure. They have more blood on their hands than any extremist terrorist organization. The countless bloodshed from monetary and territory gain or against a rising doctrine which jeopardized their power proves that their hands are stained carmine with impurity! If anything a cross, wooden stake, or holy water should empower a vampire; combine him with the armor he needs to truly become immortal. It's unbelievable people question the existence of vampires because, to me, that's like giving weight to the condescension and blind-following-superiority that some Christians have because they've never questioned their own reality but say I'm wrong for forming an opinion about mine. Get off my nads guys!
Triple bow to speaking for your thoughts, and I'll update soon (because it's still early) so stay tuned.
